Please bring in any X-ray, CT or MRI scan results and reports you may have to help your Practitioner manage your condition.
Cancellation Policy
We understand unforeseen circumstances can pop up, should the inevitable occur, we require at least 24 hrs notice as this gives us a chance to help another patient on our waiting list, otherwise we may ask for your assistance in covering the costs of the missed appointment.
- To cancel an appointment, clients can contact the clinic within business hours. Alternatively, patients may leave a message if contacting over a weekend or public holiday. However, the business days’ notice period still applies.
- Please note: for services where an SMS reminder is sent prior to the appointment, the reminder is a courtesy only. Failure to receive the SMS reminder is not accepted as reason to not attend an appointment.
