Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Cancellations can be made during business hours. Messages left on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are accepted, but the 24-hour notice still applies.

Please note: SMS reminders are a courtesy only. Not receiving a reminder does not exempt you from attending your appointment.
